This is a snake I made for my girlfriend on our 6 month anniversary a few weeks ago. It’s the first thing I’ve made with a sewing machine, which I got for Christmas. It’s filled with coffee beans. It took around 15 hours probably.
It feels like social norm these days for getting to know someone is to invite them out for a coffee. Suddenly getting something to eat is too formal and having a conversation usually means taking a walk which can have romantic connotations. This leaves me out of luck because I don’t enjoy coffee (or tea) at all!
